The AXC35 is a versatile CD player with a high-quality digital-to-analog converter (DAC) to convert the digital information stored on a CD into an analog sound signal. In addition, the AXC35 will play MP3 and WMA files from home recorded CD-R, CD-RW and CD-ROM discs. A dedicated digital output also allows you to record a CD in digital format, or even connect to a separate DAC when you're ready to upgrade your hi-fi system even further.

The BMR (Balanced Mode Radiator) tweeter used in the Cambridge Aero Series has a flat driver surface that combines the traditional back and forth movement of the driver cones with a 'bending wave' movement to create sound. This allows BMR tweeters to cover a much wider frequency range than conventional tweeters.
